Madison, Wisconsin proved a difficult place for the Kougars of Kishwaukee College to pick up a victory. Kishwaukee used a big second half comeback to get back in the game, outscoring Madison 49-39, but it wasn't enough to overcome a slow start, ultimately dropping the contest 79-76.
Kishwaukee found themselves down 40-27, but capitalized on 18 Madison turnovers to battle back within striking distance. The Kougars were led in scoring by Armon Williams (Oak Forrest High School) with 25 points. Austin Patterson (Morris High School) and JoVonte Peals (Marquette Catholic High School) were also in double figures for the Kougars with 17 and 10 points each. Patterson led the Kougars in rebounding with 8 boards.
