The Kishwaukee Kougars started out strong against Sauk Valley College, taking a 45-40 halftime lead, but could not maintain the strong performance throughout the contest and lost by a score of 79-68. The Kougars struggled from the floor on the evening, shooting just 39% and 27% from the 3-pt line.

                Austin Patterson (Morris High School) led the Kougars with 18 points.  JoVonte Peals (Marquette Catholic High School) and Malcolm Reed (Marquette Catholic High School) each finished with double/doubles. Peals had 11 points and 12 rebounds, while Reed finished with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
