September 7, 2021 - Prairie State College scored the first and only goal of the match that found its way just under the cross bar halfway through the first half.  Stellar defense by both teams kept it 1-0 until the final horn.  Kishwaukee was led on defense by goalkeeper Abigail Provo (Dixon HS) with 11 saves and defenders Guadalupe Carrillo (DeKalb HS), Valeria Gonzalez (Batavia HS), Megan Buttens (Oregon HS), Olivia Lambrigtsen (Oregon HS) and Elva Hernandez (West Aurora HS).  The Kougars (0-2-1) will host Arrowhead Conference foe Illinois Valley CC this Thursday at 3 pm.
