April 23, 2024 - The Kishwaukee College Softball team hosted Sauk Valley CC Tuesday in a doubleheader.  The Kougars took game one 5-1.  Abby Stoffa had a home run and 2 RBI for the Kougars while Kyra Johnson went 3-3 and 3 runs scored plus Jalyna Polichnowski had 3 SB. Alyssa Wilkerson gave up 1 ER with 6 strikeouts for the pitching win.  Game two needed a comeback to win 7-4.  With the sweep Kish took 3 of 4 in the season conference series.  Kyra Johnson earned the victory pitching, Haley Von Schnase and Erin Simmons went 2 for 3 each, plus Alyssa Owen and Abby Stoffa scores a run each.  Polichnowski had 2 RBI.  The Kougars are now 21-20 overall and 7-7 in Arrowhead Conference play.  They travel to McHenry County College Wednesday for another doubleheader.
