Truman falls to Kougs MBB, Smith surpasses 100o points

February 17, 2024 - The Kishwaukee College Mens Basketball team played their final regular season home game Saturday afternoon with packed stands on Sophomore Day.  The support received helped propel the Kougars to an 82-60 win over Truman College.  Sophomores Joshua Bocher (23 points) and Jalen Smith (22 points) led Kish in scoring.  Smith also surpassed the 1000 point mark in his career at Kish in the first half joining Bocher who accomplished the feat a week ago.  Fellow sophomore teammates Donavyn Sayles (14 points), Amonn Burns (5 assists, 5 rebounds), Cooper Hasz (5 rebounds), Brock Zimmerman (rebound, block) and Hanief Hannah (rebound) all played key roles in the team victory.

Kishwaukee moves to 16-12 overall on the season and travel to take on South Suburban this Thursday.  Kish Athletics once again thanks our 7 sophomores for their dedication and passion-congratulations to Josh Bocher, Jalen Smith, Brock Zimmerman, Donavyn Sayles, Cooper Hasz and Hanief Hannah!
