December 21, 2021 - The Kishwaukee College Mens Basketball team battled the Spartans from Elgin CC in Malta Tuesday night.  A back and forth first half saw Kish ahead 38-36 at the half.  The lead changes continued in the second stanza as well with Elgin edging the Kougars 72-68.  Joshua Bocher had 21 points and 13 rebounds for a double-double.  Jalen Smith added a double-doubloe of his own with 19 points and 10 rebounds.  Menawhile, Austin Brown had 11 points, 3 assists and 4 rebounds, Damarian Stark 7 points with 3 assists plus Takari Jones (3 steals) and Avery Medina (2 steals) adding 5 points apiece.

Kishwaukee (4-9 overall) will head into the holiday break and will start the Arrowhead Conference play on January 6 on the road at Black Hawk College before hosting the College of DuPage in a region matchup on January 8 at 1 pm.
