Kougars lose another wild one on road to Waubonsee but continue to improve

December 2, 2021 - Kishwaukee challenged Waubonsee throughout the game in Sugar Grove Thursday night.  After trailing at half by just four the Kougars would fight back and forth with the Chiefs on scoring runs but would eventually fall 83-80.  Jalen Smith led Kish with 18 and 10 rebounds, while Joshua Bocher 18 points 8 rebounds, Takari Jones 15 points and 4 assists and Damarian Stark 11 points and 6 rebounds hit double digit balanced scoring for Kish.  Austin Brown (7 points), Avery Medina (3 assists), Joseph Bocher (3 rebounds, 1 steal) and Seth Gould (5-6 FT, 7 points) provided defensive pressure that kept the Chiefs to a low percentage on three point Field Goals made all night.  

Kishwaukee (2-4 overall) after two close away games already this week to Waubonsee and Moraine Valley, will wrap up the their week long road series at Oakton CC before hosting Rock Valley on Tuesday and Madison (WI) College next Saturday.
