Kishwaukee College student athletes were part of the 4,700 volunteers that participated in the fifth annual Feed My Starving Children event, Friday, November 14, in DeKalb. A goal of 1 million meals were set to be packed at the three day event. Members of the Kougar baseball and softball team made up the nearly 50 people in the Kishwaukee athletic group. Feed the Starving Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding malnourished children.
