September 10, 2021 – The Kishwaukee College Women's Golf team was extremely successful Friday as the team finished first as a team in the inaugural Kishwaukee Women's Fall Invite at Fairways GC in Rochelle, Illinois. No other team was able to complete the round with a full group to score as a team. Individually Amber Fellows (Genoa Kingston HS) medaled in 2nd Place finishing with a 99. Right behind her and also medaling was Nina Baratta who took 3rd Place with a 103. Also carding good scores for the team were Jillian Fuchs (Sandwich HS) with a 109 and Kylee Heck (Rockford Lutheran HS) carding a 126 with both finishing just outside the medals. Oakton CC, Carl Sandburg and Danville Area CC were the other teams competing at the event. Next up for the Kougars is the Judson Invite on September 13 - 14 at the Golf Club of Illinois in Algonquin, Illinois.
