February 6, 2022 - The NJCAA Region 4 selected their Women's Basketball Division II, District A Player of the Week honoree for the week of January 31.  Freshman Kira Klapprodt was selected for the second time this season based on her on court performances during that week.  This includes results versus conference teams from Carl Sandburg College (scored 22 points) and Illinois Valley CC (scored 23 points) plus College of DuPage (scored 29 points).  Kira totaled 74 points 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals from her guard spot on the court during all three games as the Kougars went 2-1 in the week's competition.  Kishwaukee Athletics is very proud of Kayla's recognition on the court.
