November 5, 2019 - The Kishwaukee Women's Basketball team opened up the 2019-2020 campaign against visiting Harper College in Malta on Tuesday night. Kish would take control from the opening tip and never look back on the way to a 97-15 win over the Hawks. The Kougars were led in scoring by Morgan Baker (Rochelle HS) who had 21 points. Dennysha Kizer (DeKalb HS) poured in 19 points and pulled down 8 rebounds. Lauren Kawall (Somonauk HS) chipped in 17 points while Alexis Keating (Belvidere HS), Addie Kitzmiller (Oregon HS), Cesca Vardman (Rochelle HS) also joined the double digit scoring with 12,11 and 11 points each. Rylee Abraham (Belvidere HS) led both teams with 11 rebounds.
Kishwaukee (1-0 overall) will take on Moraine Valley at home on Tuesday, November 12 with tip-off slated for 5:30 pm.
