October 5, 2019 - The Women's and Men's Cross Country teams travelled to Beloit, Wisconsin for the Beloit College Invite on Saturday. All runners that competed ran well including Riley Limon and Anne Hickey on the women's side. Hickey would run a time of 28:29 which was good for 9th place overall and 4th place among junior college women runners. Ian Harrison finished with a lifetime PR 34:36 while Jonathan Landis ran a 29:39 for a season PR and good for 9th place overall and 1st place among junior college men runners.
The Kougars will have one more tune up meet next weekend at Benedictine University before the Region IV Meet on October 26. The regional meet will be hosted by Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg with step-off time slated for 11:00 am.
