Ethan Conroy joined the Kougars' coaching staff as a volunteer coach in the 2021-2022 season.  Ethan is a graduate of Aurora University where he lettered in basketball for four years, two years winning the Northern Atlantic Collegiate Conference championship. In addition to his playing experience, he has been coaching for Players Advantage Basketball, an AAU based out of Elburn, Illinois.  Over the past six years he has worked with many players who have excelled as high school players and then gone on to play collegiately. Ethan is an insurance consultant in Aurora and currently resides in Hinckley.
