January 9, 2023 - The Kishwaukee College Mens Basketball team battled Arrowhead Conference foe Highland CC Thursday at the home gym in Malta. Kish would trial only by a basket at halftime 34-32 and again by two with 6:12 left in the game at 64-62. But Highland would outrebound Kish 48-28 for the game while making critical three point shots and free throws in the final few minutes to pull ahead for good and a 81-69 win. Cameron Russell led the Kougars with 24 points and 9 assists followed by Jackson Chatman and his 16 points, Cooper Hasz with 14 points, 9 rebounds and Carion Hale rounding out the athletes with double digit points with 10. Kishwaukee will travel to Palatine on Saturday to play Harper College.
