December 19, 2019 - The Kishwaukee Mens Basketball team showed more energy and teamwork to outscore Elgin Community College in the second half 52-44 here in Elgin, but it wasnt quite enough to recover from the Spartan margin from the first half.  Jordan Garcia paced the Kougars with 25 points on the night as Connor Todd garnered a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds.  Xavier Horde helped with 14 points while Daelyn Franklin had 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Griffin Hansen 7 points.  Jamonte Benton (8 points) and CJ Ciesielczyk (2 steals) applied defensive pressure for Kish in the second half comeback.

Kishwaukee (4-9 overall) will host Morton College Saturday at 3:00 pm in a Region match up.  It will be the last game before the break.  Kish will be back in action again at home on January 6, 2020 against Rockford University JV at 7:00 pm.
