Kishwaukee losses again 91-78 to Madison College.

The Kishwaukee men's basketball team extended its season long losing streak to 6-games with a 91-78 home loss to Madison College.  The Kougars playing in their first home game since December 6th jumped out early on a late arriving Wolfpack team to gain a 7-0 advantage to start the game.  Madison would settle down and begin to chip away at Kishwaukee's lead before tying the game at 20-20 with just under 10 minutes to play in the first half.  The Kougars had trouble sitting down on defense and earning enough consecutive stops to regain the lead.  The Wolfpack shot the ball well and crashed the offensive boards repeatedly to increase their advantage to 50-36 at half-time.  The Kougars would come out and make a series of small runs in the second half to cut into Madison's lead but never get close enough.  The Kougars would win the second half 42-41, but it wasn't enough to earn a win.  Kishwaukee's next game will be their Arrowhead Conference opener at Illinois Valley on Thursday January 12th
