March 6, 2024 - The Kishwaukee College Baseball team travelled to Palos Hills Wednesday and split a doubleheader with Moraine Valley Community College 5-11 and 7-1 picking up first victory on young season. Sawyer Eccles and Lenox Estremera had two hits each in game one while Will Baumgartner tallied three hits, Daelen Figueroa two hits plus Noah Lara, Tommy Gargano, Zach Cantu and Aiden Rodriguez had a hit each in game two.  Sam Genslinger went 7 strong innnings with 10 strikeouts on the mound to get the win.  The Kougars will have their home opener on Thursday in a DH versus Kennedy-King College with game one first pitch at approximately 1:00 pm.  Congratulations go out to first-year Kish Head Coach Joe Maskivish as he picked up his first collegiate head coaching victory!
